The Automatic
One of the most exciting new bands to have emerged from Wales in recent times, The Automatic formed in the not-very-rock ‘n’ roll town of Cowbridge, but their disco punk sound should easily establish them as stars.

How Well Do You Know Cowbridge?
This great new book by Jeff Alden for both locals and visitors covers everything from the new town of Cowbridge and the charter of 1254 to places of interest and Inns. The recent and historical illustrations are married perfectly and give a detailed visual representation of Cowbridge. I enjoyed comparing the old and new and discovered things which despite living in Cowbridge for 30 years I didn’t know. It has spured me on to discover more about Cowbridge.
Priced at £6.00 and available from the Cowbridge Bookshop or online here..
